Online Quote Acceptance

By submitting this information, you (or the business, government or entity you represent) agree to the quote with the Cofense Quote ID listed below (“Quote”), and that the software, subscriptions and services (each, a “Product” and collectively, the “Products”) listed in the Quote will be subject to the Cofense Terms and Conditions for such Product(s) displayed at https://cofense.com/legal/MSSA, unless you (or the business, government or entity you represent) have executed a separate written agreement with Cofense governing such Product(s). Cofense is a U.S. tax resident in which it has U.S. residency certificates. If you receive the Product(s) through a Cofense authorized reseller, partner or distributor (collectively, “Authorized Partner”), all fees and other procurement and delivery terms will be agreed between you and the Authorized Partner, and any fees set forth in the Quote provided by Cofense will not apply.
