Amanda Veasman

Sr. Director, Customer Experience

Amanda joined Cofense in 2017 and is a member of the Cofense Customer Experience leadership team. As the Senior Director of Customer Experience (CX), she is responsible for helping build the overall vision and strategic plan for the CX organization. This includes driving product adoption and expansion, leading positive customer- centric engagements, and improving gross renewals and net retention revenue growth. Amanda oversees a global team tasked with providing customer success and professional services across the entire Cofense customer base.

Amanda has a background in cyber security awareness, large-scale communications planning, client services and satisfaction, as well as training development and implementation. Prior to joining Cofense, Amanda spent 16 years of service at the University of Missouri. During this time, she served in various roles relating to customer service and overall program management. The last 6 years of her engagement were spent in information security where she administered the University’s cybersecurity awareness program and information security compliance training.

Amanda has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri, a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri.
