Susan Grassel is an accomplished legal and privacy executive with more than 13 years of experience in the cloud and SaaS space, driving strategic legal, compliance, and privacy initiatives at high-growth technology organizations. She joined Cofense in 2025 as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer, where she spearheads the company’s legal strategy while advancing global compliance and privacy efforts. Prior to Cofense, Susan served as SVP of Legal at IXOPAY and as Director of Legal at Calabrio, where she led global legal teams and streamlined contracting processes aligned with international laws and regulations.
