Lee Martin is Senior Director of Product Management at Cofense. Since 2020 he has led development of the company's phishing defense and security awareness portfolio, including Cofense Command Center, Reporter, PhishMe, Cofense LMS, and a transformational training library. He now leads the Cofense Secure Behavior Management initiative. He introduced a customization portal that customers run themselves, an AI assistant, and training that is assigned automatically based on employee behavior.
Before Cofense, Lee was Vice President of Software Engineering and IT Operations at Inspired eLearning, where he transformed product and engineering development. Earlier he held product, engineering, and operations roles at Lifesize, AT&T, Wayport, and Apple.
He holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin. His interest in linguistics and cognitive science shapes how he approaches training design, where the practical question is not what an employee was told but what they retain and act on months later.
