COFENSE PHISHME RECIPIENT SYNC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COFENSE PHISHME® RECIPIENT SYNC IS NOT A STANDARD COFENSE PHISHME PRODUCT FEATURE AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“THESE TERMS”) HEREIN. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. CLICKING ON THE “YES” OR “I ACCEPT” BUTTON (OR OTHER BUTTON OR MECHANISM DESIGNED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS), ACCESSING OR USING COFENSE PHISHME RECIPIENT SYNC CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
IF YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE POWER AND AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER ENTITY TO THESE TERMS, AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS WILL BE TREATED AS THE AGREEMENT OF SUCH BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER ENTITY. AS USED IN THESE TERMS, “CUSTOMER” REFERS TO THE BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO THESE TERMS. IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OR YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT, POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF AND BIND THE APPLICABLE BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER ENTITY, DO NOT CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON.
Customer acknowledges and understands that in order to use Cofense PhishMe Recipient Sync, (i) Customer must connect its user directory service to push data to Cofense PhishMe, and (ii) Cofense PhishMe automatically synchronizes the data listed in the user directory every few hours (timing may vary). Further, as of the date set forth above, if Customer is licensing the Cofense PhishMe instances in (i) the United States or Canada or licensing Cofense PhishMe SBE, the data is processed in the United States; and (ii) Germany, Japan, and Australia, the data is processed in Germany. Customer will use Cofense PhishMe Recipient Sync in compliance with applicable user documentation.
COFENSE PHISHME RECIPIENT SYNC IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS”, AND ANY USE BY YOU OF COFENSE PHISHME RECIPIENT SYNC WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
